Last updated October 23, 2026. This policy explains what AFA Supplies LLC collects through afasuppliesllc.com, why, who sees it, and the choices you have.
- We collect what you type into our forms and what we need to fill your order.
- We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
- This site has no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies of its own.
- You can ask us to show, fix or delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
AFA Supplies LLC ("AFA," "we," "us") is based in Katy, Texas. We operate this website and two businesses: AFA Supplies and AFA Interior Designs. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.
2. What we collect
What you give us
- Request forms: your name, business name (if you give one), email address, city and state, when you need the items, the product list or room description you write, and, on the interior design form, the room and budget range you choose.
- Email and phone: whatever you tell us when you write or call.
- Orders: if you approve a quote, we collect what we need to fulfill it, such as a delivery name and address, phone number and billing details. We collect these by email, phone or invoice, not through the forms on this site.
Please do not put payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details (such as health information) in a request form or email. We will never ask you to.
What is collected automatically
When you visit or submit a form, our hosting provider and form provider receive standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the date and time. We do not run analytics or advertising tools on this site and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. How we use it
- To read and answer your request and prepare quotes.
- To buy, deliver, invoice and support the orders you approve, including returns and vendor issues.
- To keep the business, tax and accounting records we are required or entitled to keep.
- To protect the site and our business from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make decisions about you using automated profiling.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that run this site for us: Formspree (formspree.io) delivers form submissions to us; GitHub hosts the website; Google Fonts supplies the typefaces; and our email and business software providers store our correspondence and records. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Vendors and shipping carriers: only what is needed to fill your order, such as the delivery name, address and phone number.
- Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, when needed.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and property.
- A buyer of our business, if AFA is ever merged, sold or reorganized. We would require the buyer to honor this policy.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Third-party services
The services above have their own privacy practices. See the GitHub privacy statement, the Google privacy policy (which covers Google Fonts) and the privacy policy on formspree.io. We are not responsible for the practices of other sites you reach from ours.
6. How long we keep it
We keep requests and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to run our business. We keep order, invoice and payment records for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require. Anything else, including inquiries that never became an order, we delete when you ask us to, or when we no longer need it.
7. Security
Form submissions travel to Formspree over an encrypted connection, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you and tell you what it is;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law;
- give you a copy of the information you gave us;
- stop using your information for a purpose you object to. We do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising or profiling, so there is nothing to opt out of there.
Residents of states with privacy laws, including Texas and California, have rights like these under those laws. We honor these requests from anyone in the United States. We do not charge for them and we will not treat you differently for making one.
How to ask: email sales@afasuppliesllc.com, call 832-859-8714, or write to the address below. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by replying from the email address you used with us. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you with your written permission. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may extend by up to 45 more days where the law allows.
If we decline a request, we will explain why. You can reply to ask us to reconsider, and we will review it again and answer within 60 days. If you are still not satisfied, Texas residents may contact the Texas Attorney General.
9. Emails from us
We use your email address to answer you and handle your order. We do not send newsletters or bulk promotional email. If that ever changes, every such message will include a way to unsubscribe.
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across sites and do not sell or share personal information, browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not change anything on this site.
11. Children
This site is for business and household buyers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where your information is handled
AFA serves customers in the United States only. Your information may be processed and stored in the United States by us and our service providers.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
